Each steel mill has different work flow, strengthen mutual communication, can promote the new development of the business.

The second part is mainly the business personnel to express the problems encountered in the previous work and the results they hope to achieve. The two vice presidents will take the lead in speaking. The issues in 2018 can be planned as follows: 1, information from various steel mills, lagging behind; 2, some steel mills ordering plans are relatively messy, delivery difficulties, etc.; 3, steel mills plan to report matters; 4, quality objection feedback is lagging behind; In response to the problems that have arisen, we will jointly discuss the issue of Yingduifangfa, especially the timeliness of information. The Procurement Department will strengthen communication with steel mills to better serve the business work.
